FAQs
Mount Sinai
What is this Campaign of Faith all about?
Twice a year, campaigns of faith are held for people who either have a big problem they want resolved or a big dream they want to achieve, by giving up something (sacrifice) prized for the sake of something higher or more valuable. Its the highest expression of what you really believe you will achieve. Pastors and bishops from our churches around the world take people's requests to either Mount Sinai in Egypt (the only mountain that God Himself declared holy) or to a holy place in Israel, to pray for the impossible to become possible.
What is sacrifice in Gods terms?
It's depending on Him alone, 100%.
Wasnt sacrifice just a requirement in the Old Testament?
The sacrifice of animals was required in Old Testament times, but not our will or of the things we depend on to survive. This is our sacrifice nowadays.
If Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice on the cross, why do we need to sacrifice today?
He sacrificed for our salvation but to achieve His promises, we still need to sacrifice today.
What should a person sacrifice?
Whatever God reveals to him/her, whatever it is, it will be something out of the ordinary and difficult to give up.
Who should sacrifice?
Those who are sure that God's promises for their life will be fulfilled.
Hundreds of people have received miracles in their lives through doing a Chain of Prayer. Why can't a person just fight for what they want in a Chain of Prayer?
The Campaign of Israel is for problems and dreams that cannot be achieved through doing the normal things. Sometimes, more than a Chain of Prayer is needed.
Isn't the spiritual and physical sacrifice enough? Why the financial sacrifice also, especially in these difficult times?
Surely God understands. Indeed He does, and because of it, He requires our voluntary spiritual sacrifice that can be unconditional obedience to His Holy Word, etc. physical sacrifice (work, study, perseverance, etc.) and financial sacrifice (salary, savings, personal items, etc). The financial sacrifice as we can see is what we depend on to survive in this physical world. For us to show we depend on God 100%, we need to give up what we depend on in this world. That is why it should be a trinity.
Why is it that some people are blessed in Campaigns of Israel and others aren't?
Because unfortunately some people didn't understand the real meaning of sacrifice and consequently they didn't sacrifice at all.
How can a person be sure that he or she has made a real sacrifice that God is pleased with?
It is impossible for a person who has made a real sacrifice to be unsure that God has accepted it. This is because firstly, he is displeasing himself to please God and secondly, because he has not left anything undone but has done EVERYTHING in his power the unusual.
How soon can a person expect to blessed after presenting a sacrifice?
The sign that God accepts the real sacrifice comes right after the individual sacrifices. It is a VERY strong assurance about the achievement of what the individual has asked that produces a great sense of inner peace. This assurance is followed by peace that empowers the individual to go and take possession of what he has asked for. Whether it happens in the same week, month or year, it doesnt make any difference to the person. But OF COURSE, if the individual NEEDS the answer on the same day and has made the PERFECT sacrifice, the answer can come on the spot.
If a person has already sacrificed for a certain blessing but has not yet seen it fulfilled, should he/she take part in the next Campaign and sacrifice for the same thing?
Only if the individual is not 100% that the perfect sacrifice was made. If the person is 100% sure, then there is no need to sacrifice again because there is no doubt that it was accepted by God.
If a person doesn't take part in a Campaign, will God be angry with him/her?
Not at all, because in reality when someone doesnt take part in a Campaign its because God Himself is not revealing to him/her that his/her life will be blessed through it. In other words, if a person sacrifices, its because God has revealed to him/her that this is what He requires in order for his/her dreams to be achieved or for a certain problem to be solved.
Some people don't have urgent or serious problems. Should they still sacrifice? What for?
The sacrifice through the Campaign of Israel is not just for those who are going through a situation that requires an urgent answer but it is for those that have a DREAM that NEEDS achieving and the individual doesn't know how or what to do to achieve it. Through the power of a personal sacrifice it can be achieved.
